Wailea Engagement Maui

Traveling all the way from New York S knew he wanted to propose to I while on their dream vacation in Maui, Hawaii. On a beautiful quiet morning on the South Side of Maui in Wailea S and I decided to start the day with their toes in the sand. Once in a tucked away section of the beach that S and I had discussed when planning this moment he handed his love a letter for her to read that told her how special she is to him. With tears in her eyes upon turning around to thank S I was surprised with him down on one knee proposing - She very gleefully said YES !

The lovely pair and I had an hour together where we talked about their love story on how they met ( always a favorite of mine to hear ! ) , life in New York, their Maui itinerary, and of course captured some engagement photos to mark this wonderful occasion .
